Great cost efficient hotel. Close to everything without being in the hustle and bustle if you want to unwind from all of the noise off Broadway

All the staff were very professional and wonderful. Damian did a great job as well, even with his questionable top 5 movie picks. Would definitely recommend and think about coming back again if in the area.

New, clean, decorated nicely, inviting, staff extremely knowledgeable and friendly; valet attendants friendly as well. Conveniently located to Broadway and Parthenon and Centennial Park.

This is a nice hotel located a couple of blocks from Vanderbilt University and a pleasant walk to downtown. The property is fresh, clean and modern. It's beautifully maintained, with a nice bar/cafe in the lobby. The decor is pleasant and the rooms have really nice bathrooms with enviable mirrors and showers. They allow free bag check in so if you arrive early, you can check your luggage and go enjoy town. My only complaints are: the sliding doors for the bathrooms give no privacy. Also, the hotel experience is quite loud, being situated near two hospitals, as well as having a lot of slamming doors and echoey hallways, so it's not the best choice for light sleepers. Overall, a good value for a fair price and made even better by the super-nice, super helpful staff who gave us a great experience.

So close to everything but also tucked away from the traffic and noise:) Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Well appointed rooms with comfy cozy beds and a truly wonderful shower.

It is a WALK to Broadway. You will def need to take an uber or use the scooters.

We stayed for 4 days we had to continually ask for clean towels, toilet paper and hand soap. Room service never came to clean our room or dump trashes or Make beds. We never even used the do not disturb sign our entire stay not sure why this was missed.

Very cool lobby seating area and nice staff.
