I loved the design and all the restaurants and bars on property. It's a gorgeous hotel full of kitsch and whimsy while still being comfortable. We stayed for 3 days and never received a cleaning of our room. We had to ask that someone come and simply take old trash away and give us some new towels.

The hotel is super cute, which is why I booked it. However, if a property is going to charge upwards of $400/night, then I expect amenities in the room. What do I mean by that? I mean, I would hope NORMAL travel size amenities in the bathroom like q-tips, cotton rounds, etc. I would hope that there would be more than one towel, especially when the reservation was for 2 people. To be fair, they place an extra towel in the closet (on the top shelf tucked away). No mini bar, and only 2 complimentary waters per stay. For $400/night, I just found that to be unacceptable. Also, the rooftop restaurant only serves with plastic acrylic glassware and plates. Call me a snob, but I want a glass stem if I'm sitting inside a restaurant paying $20 for a glass of wine. The coffee shop in the lobby is also OK, serving all food in to-go boxes (even if you are sitting there). I do not mind spending $$$$ and will happily do so, but to not receive the level of service that goes with those dollar signs is just a no for me. So to recap, the hotel is cute, the service is meh (oh, no bellman no nothing), no amenities, just whatever ok.

They never cleaned the room. For this price, it’s honestly wild that the response was, “They should clean every second or third night.” At that point, I could have just booked an Airbnb.

This hotel was so charming. Whoever the designer was did an excellent job. The details continued to impress us throughout our stay. We booked this hotel some time before Dolly's passing so we felt very honored to be staying here. Concierge was very knowledgeable and kind during check in and out. The cafe in the lobby was a great place to pick up something delicious on your way out. There was even a cool market pop-up in the lobby on one of the afternoons that had jewlery, sweet treats and a vintage vendor. That was a pleasant surprise. White Limozeen is just upstairs which is the ultimate girls brunch. The pool in the rooftop is very small so once the cabanas sell out they rope off the pool so it wasnt much of a party vibe out there as we thought. The critters bar is also very cool with a dark underground vibe. We missed the karaoke by a few minutes but it was a good place to grab a quick drink before heading to the strip. I was only sad that the vintage Dolly pinball machine wasnt working that day. This hotel is about a 10min drive to the main strip and walking distance to the local bars in Midtown. Overall, I highly recommend a stay here for those who love Dolly, for the girlies, and for those looking for a cute spot to stay thats not directly on the strip.

Staff was very helpful!

How colorful it was!!!! So many picture opportunities! The ice in freezer bags in a freezer.
-
The rooms are small….with 2 queen beds we barely had room for suitcases. The pool is tiny…the pics of pool on website are misleading. We did love the White Limozeen restaurant!
