Clean modern rooms. Friendly staff. Good restaurants within walking distance. Good quality toiletries in bathroom. We had 2 rooms booked and our son ended up cancelling theor other hotel for the final week in Nashville and booked back in there. Would book again.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. I wish the toilet wasn't literally behind the door once you opened it, and the sink spout was way to close to the back of the sink. You barely had room to stick your hands under the faucet and wash them. The room also had a slight stench. We didn't eat breakfast there as we went to Cracker Barrel.

The property was so close to the Grand ole oprey and restaurants. As a dog friendly hotel, they gave us a first floor room for easy access to the dog areas. Staff was friendly and helpful. Did Missed having a hot tub for our old bones.

I could hear the ice machine around 2 a.m., employees talking loudly in the staff-only area across from my room starting around 7 a.m., and a dog barking repeatedly a couple of rooms away. Then around 8 a.m., landscaping started mowing directly outside my window. We had returned from an event close to midnight, and I didn’t finally fall asleep until around 2 a.m., so being woken up so early by multiple sources of noise was especially frustrating. I mentioned the problems to the front desk, including the issue with the door, but the only response I received was essentially “thank you for letting us know.” I would have appreciated a little more concern or an attempt to address the issue, especially since the lack of a proper door seal contributed to both the light and noise problems. There literally was a gap at the bottom of about 3” because it was missing the sweep. The room itself may have been fine otherwise, but if you are a light sleeper or hoping to sleep in, the noise and lack of soundproofing could definitely be an issue.

Clean room, comfortable bed, snacks and drinks available 24/7. Easy to get to Opry mall if that’s your thing. Great room rates, even last minute when I had to extend my stay one more day for work. Free parking was also a big plus. Most hotels in Nashville have a hidden 20$ a day or higher parking fee they only tell you about when you check in.
