Helpful and friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms. Great location for visiting Opryland and mall and General Jackson Showboat. Easy walk to several restaurants and Cooter's Dukes of Hazzard Museum.

Overall the hotel was great. My only complaint was the volume of the tv is really low and the showers didn’t get hot.

The hotel was in a great location. The room was spacious with a full-sized refrigerator and comfortable sofa.

Pool was only 3 ft deep and no hot tub.

10/10 The staff was great. The young man at check in was very knowledgeable and polite. He gave clear instructions and direction. He explained the hours of the pool, breakfast, gym and check out. I will definitely stay here again. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable with soft pillows.

No hot water, parking lot is not secured - several vehicles were broken into.

Everything was useful and nice and clean except for the bar it was not in use and that was one of the amenities I was looking forward to.

Nothing The place is dirty and out dated needs a major upgrade didn’t have a safe the carpet was worn and dirty and the furniture was old and worn. The A/C was loud and the room never did get cold. Also TV work on regular channels and lighting was not good and the shower water never got hot. The loud noises in the hotel made it very hard to sleep. I stayed in a lot of your hotels but this was one of the worst. Elevator and hallways were dirty and needed cleaning.Please do a check on this Hotel. Thank

We arrived early and were able to check-in with no issues. The woman at the front desk gave us the number for the downtown shuttle which was much appreciated.
