It was an enjoyable stay.

Our corner junior suite was beautiful, spacious, and spotless. Two sets of sliding doors opened onto a lovely private patio, and the room had plenty of comfortable furniture. The bathroom and shower were very nice, and the king-size bed was extremely comfortable. We had no trouble getting Ubers to and from downtown, making the hotel a convenient place to stay while exploring Nashville. We ate at the hotel bar and restaurant twice. The bartenders were personable and attentive, the prices were reasonable, and the food was fabulous. I highly recommend the shrimp and grits—they were delicious. The hotel is close to the airport, so planes begin taking off early. This did not bother us; we enjoyed watching them, and the sound inside our room was well muted. We recommend the Sheraton Music City without hesitation and are already talking about returning before the weather turns cold.

It was a very nice clean hotel to stay at. Very quiet. No complaints

We weren’t expecting such a grand entry driveway to the hotel, which we were amazed by. Room was clean and ready for us when we checked in. Bed was comfortable and air condition worked perfectly. The balcony did have a weird view as it was behind the hotel, not a courtyard view BUT still overall enjoyed our stay. Did enjoy the option of having the balcony door open as the weather was beautiful.

Hotel was beautiful. Rooms clean, big, comfortable beds, quiet, shower pressure good, staff lovely and nothing was a problem. Just upset about the extra charges being added behind my back and not knowing what they are for. After paying the bill checked my Mastercard the next day and found additional charges were incurred. After waiting on the phone for 45 minutes (and disconnected twice) finally got to speak to a real person who said everything was good but it wasn't. Bogus charges were not removed and Just had to pay it as we were travelling back to Australia after The Eagles game on the Sunday. Really upset us and left us without a proper explanation.

This hotel lived up to all our expectations. The outside of the building was beautiful. From the valet parking to the posh looking lobby, I knew it was going to be an excellent place to stay. Check in was worry free and our room was spacious and comfy. The pool was the icing on the cake. Such a nice place to relax and get some sun. We will be back.

Location was good. Hotel was decent- disappointed restaurant was closed & no music outside in pool area. Staff was accommodating.

We had a late dinner and the only way to get attended was to go to the bar to order and to get our drinks. Maybe they were short staffed.
