Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville Airport

The location was fantastic close to the airport with a great shuttle service. The staff member driving the shuttle bus was an exceptional first impression to the hotel. The only grip I would have would be the reception staff who could be a little bit more enthusiastic and welcoming. It was the weekend of the Titans football game so the crowd in the hotel was a little overwhelming. There was a lot of drinking in the lobby when we arrived. It just made me feel a little uncomfortable, but not the hotel fault.

The evening reception was great and also the atrium style. The staff at reception weren't helpful. They said our parking was paid for as we were park of a function. However we were charged for parking our car.

The price, locating and breakfast were great

room very clean breakfast my wife's favorite love the reception too

Everything was amazing and my family enjoyed the amenities.

Very easy and fast to do the reservation as we need after Long trip

The first room smelled so bad, that had to request a different one. Second room not much better.

Great place to stay. Will use it every trip to Nashville

Very good

The staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet contained pancakes, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, bacon, eggs, fruit, made-to-order omelets, multiple fruit juices, and coffee. Close to the airport and Ferrari of Nashville.

Very good

The two workers were so husy talking to eachother they didnt greet me or talk to me other than to direct me to tap my credit card and hand me my keys. Didn’t rven tell me my room number. If this hotel wasn’t great in other ways I would never stay here again and would tell others not to stay here. Hopefully if you go to the hotel these two are jot working at the time

The continental breakfast was very good. The staff was pleasant and informative. Having the free shuttle is helpful.

Friendly staff!! Clean room, great breakfast and awesome happy hour!!

They could use some updated pillows and mattresses. Pillows were flat and bumpy and mattresses hard

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Hotel and room was very clean. It was very nice. The bathroom seemed a little outdated, but it was clean. The parking situation was a little confusing as we needed a key card to leave the property.

Great staff, clean facilities

Proximity to the airport and shuttle service, and happy hour. Costs of foods, construction,

I never stay anywhere but downtown Nashville when I visit... This trip has totally changed my thoughts on location...This Hotel has Exceptional high ratings coming from me .... 5 🌟
