Th staff was so kind and helpful upon our arrival! The proximity to downtown Nash was nice, without paying the downtown Nash prices for a hotel room! However. I don’t think this hotel should be rated as high as it is on Expedia. The room was not clean; there were dead bugs all over the bathroom ceiling and there were hairs on the counters and bedside tables. I guess you get what you pay for?? So it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either.

It was a short stay over a weekend but our room was never cleaned. Didn’t make a big difference for us and apart from that things were fine.

My flight left really early so I was not there when breakfast was served. The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful however they seemed to be shorthanded on the room service. I could not get a response when dialing room service from my room and ended up going down and ordering from the bar and taking it back up to my room. The hotel was surprisingly updated in the lobby compared to the exterior. The side door we kept using seemed like it did not have a latch to lock which is why it was always open (unlocked). The parking is ridiculous! Not sure if there was a party going on, but cars overflowed on the side and onto the grass. We couldn’t find parking at all. We had to circle multiple times before stalking someone and waited for their spot. Front desk could also use some customer service etiquette. Acknowledge your guest when they check in rather than stare at us walk up to the counter and say we’re checking in. Same goes with the older lady at checkout. As for the room, we booked a king size bed and it was comfortable. A bit too low to the ground however as it was a platform bed. The room was clean. There are signs of wear and tear on the sheets with small holes. The corners of the wall are peeling, but for me those are minor. It’s the cleanliness and customer experience I always look for. We did not use the amenities so I cannot say anything about that.

Room was wonderful, clean and upgraded. Bed was comfortable. Easy check in/out! Restaurant /bar was fantastic.

Beautiful hotel with modern amenities and priced great.

Pillows were uncomfortable. Sink was dirty. Shower head kept falling off. Shower curtain was torn. Room was loud and had bright lights right outside.

Room nice and spacious and the late access to the pool was my favorite!
