Access to food near by Heat on in the room and elevators when it’s 110 degrees outside is ridiculous.Also they do not stand on their word as people/humans.I went out there on a business trip and had to shower after and event but I had to check out that morning because I was flying back home after the event.I asked if they could accommodate that and they said they would and after returning from the event I had to bird bath in the hotel lobby because they said they couldn’t accommodate! After they said they would!! I’m very big on being a person of your word I’m a man of integrity! And this was lame to do to a customer that frequents the area for business

There are no desk staff available during checkout. Waited for almost 20 min and nobody to help you there.

We had a studio room 6 of us we loved it with grandkids they loved it too we got great price very affordable nice staff !!! Clean it does need some regular updates maintenance

Breakfast was not as advertised. Waffles were ok. cold cereal, yogurt but no spoons to eat yogurt or cereal. Wifi didn't work in the rooms, only common area . Beds were comfortable. No small shampoo or conditioner or lotion. Bare bones. Check in person was very friendly, check out lady couldn't be bothered .
