La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Nashville Airport

I repeatedly confirmed by text that I could get an airport shuttle even though my flight was delayed. I was repeatedly reassured it would be there. As a result, I waited 45 minutes in the shuttle pick up area. 15 minutes after the shuttle was due, I called the hotel only to be told that shuttle services had ended for the night several hours ago and I should probably get an Uber. So at 2am I got an Uber to the hotel. The front desk agent did absolutely nothing to make it right. He just said, sorry I don't know who told you that, even when I showed him the messages coming directly from LaQuinta. "Sorry" does not help. Accurate information would have helped. There was no attempt to fix this or actually take any responsibility for the failure.

As usual the room was clean. The staff wasn't as friendly, but they were busy. Also, the phone did not work to call and said the toilet was stopped up. I went to the front desk and was given a plunger to unplug some of someone else's mess. Then told to leave the plunger outside the door went finished. So wrong and we come there a lot.

The property was clean and was a convenient location The mirror above the sink makes everything in the room visible to everyone passing the hallway due to the way the door opens. The sink and mirror are directly in line with the door opening, allowing invisibility through everything reflected in the mirror in the room.

Such wonderful staff, brilliant location. Free shuttle to tge airport was perfect and the small of fresh popcorn in the evening was wondferful Not being able to pay caah for grab and go

I've stayed at this property before but always on floor 1. This time the had on floor 3 and the owners suite is on floor 3 and they must of been cooking because the floor hallways stunk. The room itself didn't but the hallways smelled terrible.

Stayed here for three nights while celebrating in Nashville. Room was great, staff was great and friendly. Enjoyed our time. At checkout I recieved an email that our flight was canceled so we had to book two more nights. The guy at the desk made it so easy and we went back into the exact room we stayed in. Would visit again.

Close to airport Had to be moved to another room after i unpacked all my stuff because air conditioner wansnt working. Next room had too much air freshener sprayed got a head ache

The room was very small and lacked appropriate closet spacing, very limited amenities as well as lack of drawer spacing for storage.
