The rooms were nice and clean. On site staff was polite I was charged for my room twice and called back multiple times to get a refund for the second charge and was told multiple times that I would be refunded and never was.

Beautiful lobby and lounge area. I smoke detector/carbon monoxide detector, chirped in the middle of the night and then again in the morning. Maintenance was not able to resolve the issue so we had to change rooms. Our breakfast had just arrived and instead of giving us time to relax and enjoy our breakfast. We were given 20 minutes to pack and leave the room so that the cleaning people could get there for the next guest we asked for an hour since our food had just arrived and we still needed to pack up however we were told if we weren’t out of the room by 11 then we would need to stay in that room. Once we leader are able to speak with the manager on duty as it turns out, we should’ve been granted the Grace to stay in the room until we were ready to pack up and move to the new room. It was a great inconvenience that has yet to be compensated for. also, on a scale of 1 to 5 the cleanliness of the rooms was 3.5-3.75

Location, room was nice, coffee shop and bar were both great with really good bar and coffee shop staff. The staff was mostly great. The lady that checked me in is the same one who has during a past stay. Natalia i believe, she’s not the nicest. It seems like she doesn’t want to be there. The rest of the staff was so good.

The staff at the front desk who checked my sister and me in on Saturday, the 18th of September, in the afternoon were exceptional. He was patient and productive. I appreciated his customer service knowledge. Finding a suitable parking space.
