We generally love La Quinta. This trip wasn’t the 100% like usual but still a very positive experience. The room clean and comfortable other than there was a used damp towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door that was over looked but not a deal breaker for future bookings. Breakfast at this location was a little disappointing. For hot items, there was sausage……only. Nothing to go with it. Breakfast started at 6:00 am so by 7:00, we figured sausage was the only hot item that would be provided. Overall, clean and comfortable, the front desk was very friendly. We travel this route from Texas to New York a few times a year and would absolutely stay here again

This was better except the elevator

The bed was real comfy! The lighting was great in the room!!! Loved the popcorn available. It's a nicely remodeled hotel but they haven't added hooks for the towels yet... We would've liked bigger carts for our luggage, and there was no overhang to pull your car under in the sun or rain. There was also one morning - a line was forming for breakfast cuz no one set it up, even after 30 minutes, so we got drive-through breakfast on our way to our morning appointment. Hmmmm...

Great rate with pets for 1 night stay as traveling. Hotel has had a refresh, but still things that need fixing. Beds were comfortable, check-in and out were easy and staff was friendly. Breakfast was standard and well stocked. Would consider staying here again if visiting Nashville.

This particular Monday morning, things were not going to plan at the property. The staff remained courteous and kind throughout, and made sure that guests's needs were met.

Very clean It was perfect

Pretty average hotel, just what we needed for the night. About a 15 minute Uber ride to Broadway very friendly staff.

We have stayed here twice in our travels to Vanderbilt Medical Center. The staff both times were nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The water temperature in the showers were kinda hard to regulate other than that we would stay here again. It's not a resort but it's a good place to lay your head for the night.

The price was a good deal… so I thought. My stay at the La Quinta in Opryland Nashville went completely sideways on the second night and I’m still angry about how badly they handled everything. I was in room 406. Some group had booked the three rooms right around mine and decided the floor was their private party space. From early evening on it was nonstop screaming, loud talking, and doors getting slammed so hard the impacts rattled through the walls. It never quieted down. Every time there was a brief pause, another slam or shout would start it up again. I had a hard 7 a.m. wake-up the next morning and needed actual sleep, but that was impossible with the constant noise cutting through everything I tried. By 12:30 a.m. I’d given up. I got dressed and headed downstairs to the front desk because staying in that room any longer was pointless. The walk itself was miserable—the entire floor smelled strongly of weed, thick enough that it hit you the second you stepped into the hallway. I explained the situation clearly: the party in the three surrounding rooms, the screaming and door slamming that had gone on for hours, the fact that I had to be up early, and the weed smell saturating the corridor. They offered a ground-level room instead. That should have been the end of the hassle. Instead both luggage carts were missing, so I spent the next 35 minutes carrying all my belongings down myself in multiple trips. After already losing most of the night to noise, I was now doing physical labor in the middle of the night just to finish the room change they had ordered. By the time everything was moved I was completely drained. I got almost no sleep, dragged myself up at 7 a.m. exhausted, and spent the next day running on fumes. Paying for a hotel room is supposed to buy you a place to rest. What I got was hours of disruption, a weed-scented hallway, a late-night move, and then the extra work of hauling my own bags because basic equipment wasn’t available. The whole sequence was preventable and it left me furious.

Upon arrival from BNA Airport, the staff was very generous to text me detailed directions on how to locate the free shuttle. I was optimistic about trying this hotel as it was a central point for me between Airport, Downtown and where I needed to be at the Opry. The downfalls: For breakfast, the breakfast runs from 6-9am. However if you're not there within the first hour, they may run out of eggs which they did 2x while I was there. Others were disappointed as well. They had a limited supply of biscuits too. The staff told me to let them know when/if I needed my room cleaned. I did let them know 2x during my stay but when I left to go site-see and returned to my room, my room was never cleaned. I was on the 5th floor and people were talking on their speakerphone, playing music and on a Monday night 5 floors below people were playing music by the pool which made it difficult to sleep. Also my room was on the freeway side so it wasn't that bad but occasionally you'd hear large trucks that'd wake you up. The free shuttle to and from airport staff were great. The bed was comfortable. Shower space was average. But I probably would try another hotel next time I visit Nashville.
