Towneplace Suites By Marriott Nampa

We stayed there to be close to a concert at the Ford Idaho Center. It was an easy walk there and back. The room was clean and we enjoyed the hot tub. When I called to confirm my reservation I was told it did not exist. I gave the confirmation number given to me by booking.com. I gave my first and last name and was told the reservation didn't exist but I could rent a different room even though I had already paid. I was basically shrugged at and told to call booking.com. my reservation read as Cordell Kari. Not Cordell, Kari. Not Kari Cordell. Booking.com called the hotel and we were finally told our reservation existed. No apology from the staff just blame that "I" entered my information wrong. I used auto fill and I just went through a practice transaction with auto fill and the names were in the right place. When we did check in later that day the staff was nice and acted as if there had never been an issue and that they didn't tell me my paid room was not reserved. For 45 minutes on the morning of our trip I was panicking because I couldn't afford to pay for a room twice and I was just trying to take my husband to a concert and not have to drive home. My CPSD kicked in and I was sick. It took about 2 hours and some medication to reduce my heart rate. I know to you it is no big deal but this was our anniversary and our morning was dismantled. I guess the point is, if you have a disability and need associates who are smart enough to check the last name in both fields instead of just denying the customer a paid room, don't go to this hotel.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and personable. Kitchen was great and bed was very comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay.

There was dog poop under the bed by the bathroom. The billing was not done correctly. Will need to follow up to correct charge to my credit card.

Everything was great.

The hotel was clean, close to restaurants, helpful staff, great breakfast options and location was perfect. The only thing o would say that wasn’t great was waiting for our room that wasn’t ready upon check in time. But the rest of the stay made up for it!!

Great travel hotel. Nice workout facility, almost a full kitchen in the room. Easy access to restaurants and the I84.

The property was great a home away from Home . Very clean and the staff was amazing . We had to change our stay from a VRBO house due to the conditions and this place had what we needed to try and enjoy the rest of our vacation. This hotel was a great place the rooms were clean, breakfast had a good selection. Kitchen in the room had everything you needed, if they didn't you can ask the front desk and they have more items

A very good hotel overall. Every part of the hotel was clean. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and gym. Our 1 bedroom suite was perfect with a little kitchen. All the grounds were well maintained and breakfast was nice. There were even several certified gluten free options, which I appreciated. Staff were friendly and helpful.
