Hampton Inn & Suites Boise/Nampa at the Idaho Center

Loved it, clean, comfortable!

Hot tub was off line both days of our stay. When we reserved the hot tub was a deciding amenities, so it being closed was a real let b down.

I loved it was close to the venue that we were going to was clean the staff was very helpful The elevator went out both of them

Very clean property. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, well stocked bathroom. Great breakfast choices from oatmeal to waffles to bacon and eggs. Very friendly helpful staff.

Everything was great!

Excellent service from every staff member. Great stay!!

The location was perfect for an event at the Ford Idaho Center The only bummer was the spa was out of order and the elevators were taking a very long time

Exceptional

Very clean in the rooms, clean breakfast area, staff was very attentive and professional. Breakfast was excellent. Spa was closed and neighbors upstairs were really loud late at night

The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was very good! This hotel is in walking distance to the Idaho Center and that was really nice! We'll be back.

Superb

food was horrible, staff ok

the morning breakfast was not good Need to upgrade your breakfast too all looked old. sorry. The Coffee WAS GREAT! thankyou for that. seem like no one was happy to work there. They tried to be kind, but something wasnt right. We wouldnt stay there again if we came back to that area. sorry. Hilton's should be alot better class.

I stayed for a night one night they did not make up my room. I like the workout room. The breakfast every morning was good. The showerhead in the bathroom it was a no I didn't care for that at all. The staff was helpful and it was a clean hotel. The beds were comfortable too.

From check in to check out I felt that the value I paid for my room was money well spent. Building has a clean, upkept appearance outside and inside. The check in was quick & problem free, staff was friendly and efficient at their tasks. My room was clean and had no unpleasant odors. The duvet, sheets/pillowcase smelled recently laundered with no visible stains or tears. Although the bed was more firm than I'd like, I still slept comfortably. Besides the body wash in the shower being empty the bathroom was clean and the towels and wash rags were fresh. The tv had several apps to select from and the pool was heated. While I didn't utilize them, there was a laundry room and gym for guests to use and in the lobby is a ATM and a snack store. Check out was simple, just inform the front desk of your room number and leave room keys.

Very clean and great breakfast buffet.
