The place was clean overall except for the bedding in my room looked like it was shredded apart and very used and the shower curtain had very apparent mold along the bottom. Breakfast was open until 10 but when I walked in at 955 the lady had the food all packed in her cart and made it clear I was an inconvenience to her.

Spark by Hilton offers good amenities at a great price. Clean, functional room with a big TV and a bunch of channels (HBO Max, Apple TV, YouTube, and a few others). Good breakfast. Very large breakfast area. Helpful, available staff. Well off the interstate to make it quiet. When I come to Stonington, Mystic, Groton again, I'll stay at Spark. Pics don't lie, and I took several. I stayed at Spark 4 nights.

Good location right off interstate. Newly renovated. Musty odor in halls and room. Very noisy. Could hear people walking in room above and in halls.

The hotel was a great value for money and in a good location for a stop over to our final destination. Alexandria was super helpful with a change to our reservation and we had a great room. The breakfast has hot and cold options with a nice dining area. I would stay here again.

The place was absolutely filthy..the rooms smelled,there was vomit in the hall,the blankets were gray not white even the breakfast room was dirty. We were there two days and no one came to clean.

Friendly staff, clean room, good location, and dog friendly. They only do housekeeping every other day so we didn't get our room serviced, but we had plenty of towels and the room was very clean upon check in.

It turns out we were still charged for the room and it took almost an hour on the phone, most of it waiting on hold to speak to someone and try to get it fixed. We have a case number and were told we would receive an email and it would be escalated to the proper folks. That was late last night, no email has been received yet. The customer service representative informed us it might take up to 48 hours to receive the email.

the smell of hallways is off-putting. not sure if it's a type of disinfectant, but not pleasant. otherwise, our stay was perfectly fine!

Breakfast was good and the car park was very handy, just outside the room It was quite noisy on the ground floor, you could hear people moving around.

Didn’t love it. I expected better for the Hilton name. Room was fine but the hallways smelled musty, and looked old. Okay for a one night only but check your rate. This is a $100/night level hotel. I overpaid and was disappointed.
