Peeling tub liner. Broken tub drain. No extra bedding for pull-out despite reserving for 5 people. Indoor pool was "closed for the season". Fitness room should provide some space for yoga or stretching along with mats. Breakfast had some issues. The instant oatmeal could not be prepared because the "hot water" was only warm.

The staff was as helpful and kind as other reviews have mentioned. However, it was not as clean or well maintained as shown. The A/C was not working well in the lobby and hallways. The bottom of our bathroom door was rusted and peeling. There was a very odd smell in our room and the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was good though and had lots of options. Overall it was an okay stay and worked for one night but definitely was not up to our expectations based on the ratings shown.

Would definitely stay here again next time we’re coming through Atlanta.

Room was clean staff was very friendly breakfast was fresh and well stocked
-
Honestly no complaints.

The property was easy to get to and a little secluded. Smelled nice as we walked into the elegant lobby. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with everything needed for comfortable stay. The breakfast was fabulous, especially the potatoes (spiced to perfection with peppers and onions). All of the furniture ( other than beds) is very low. Difficult to get off of for me, but fine for rest of family.
-
The in-room Wi-Fi did not work. I reported the issue to the staff, and they said they would look into it. While the room is clean, the overall atmosphere, especially the bathroom, feels a bit dated and cheap

Awful hotel, stinks like mold mildew and bugs

Breakfast was good
