The manager was very Accommodating and He found me a room quickly because I wasn’t feeling very well. Also I forgot my glasses on my first visit and was called and informed they had been forgotten. The manager had also made himself available if I needed anything

The place was especially clean and comfortable and the staff was pretty friendly too

I like the fact, the parking was good and you allowed our dog, which is a service dog the emotional support that was a big plus the attendance seemed to be pleasant toward us as well The worst part of our visit was the room was filthy. There was even handprints on the wall, both of our sheets, top and bottom, head stains, and literally crumbs on it.. The cleanliness for the room was a problem and will be a problem for us to stay there again. So I don’t know how likely we would be able to come back knowing how dirty that room was and how dirty the bathroom was.

I had a wonderful experience at Clarion Pointe! The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and the staff truly made my stay special. Everyone I encountered was kind, friendly, and willing to help. Their genuine hospitality made me feel valued and appreciated as a guest. It’s refreshing to experience people who treat you with such warmth and respect. The kindness of the staff definitely stood out to me and made my stay even more enjoyable. I would gladly stay at Clarion Pointe again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with caring and courteous staff. It's near alot of stuff They got rid of my room I reserved maybe a hour or too before I arrived that sucked

Everything was good until I layed in the bed. All of the pillows and linens had a skunky smell. I was so disappointed. Pillows definitely need to be changed regularly.

staff was rude and have their priorities all messed up. They took two days to bring us towels yet tried to kick us out of our room at 10:50 when they did finally bring towels and have little spots on them mediately cleaned before our arrival there was a piece of paper, assuring that they prioritize cleanliness that had crumbs on it from the last guest. We only booked this room as a quick little whatever but if you actually have time to consider where you stay, don’t stay here.

Room and property was very clean. Staff was very friendly, Breakfast was the usual horrible stuff, coffee was delicious, and the air conditioner was spot on.

Staff is very hospitable and location is very convenient.
