Location and friendly staff Air conditioner did not work properly, rooms and facilities smell like cigarrette

The stay was amazing from the staff to the big clean rooms would recommend them to any looking for a good stsy before heading to the airport

Extremely clean. When I walked in it smelled amazing. The fact that there wasn’t enough parking to house everyone it seemed. I had to park my vehicle on the curb outside of the parking lot.

Great customer service, all the employees exhibited professional with a smile . Loved the "park and ride" option for travel to RDU airport. There wasn't a thing wrong with the service.

The shuttle waited for us to get off the plane at 12am I booked in February a king size bed and they stuck us in a double bedroom, I understand the double are more expensive but I booked early, to get what I wanted,not sure how I got pushed out

The rooms were clean. The staff was extremely helpful. The food was really good surprisingly we had the buffet and it was good both days.

The desk person knew my name and used it to ask if everything was ok every time I passed the desk. Breakfast was fast and exceptional!

This property is convenient to the airport, but if you are driving be aware that there is no light where you turn left into it off of a busy road. The property is pleasant and the staff is kind and accommodating. It’s nice to have a cooked to order breakfast. The gym is very small, but it’s nice to have one along with a pool and outdoor seating. Some of the furnishings and carpeting showed some wear. My only concern was that the back door from the parking lot was not locked although it had a key scanner as if it was meant to be. It may be considered a safe area. There was not a lot of traffic and no foot traffic around it.

Great proximity to RDU, the on-demand shuttle Is nice, and the rooms are decent. There’s always hot water immediately and plenty of coffee/water in the lobby. Also it’s great that it’s a pet-friendly facility The showers are really narrow and it was extremely hard to move and adjust the shower head.

It was just mediocre service all the way around. The desk clerk did not properly check us in. He took our card, gave us the coded card for room entry, yet markedus as a "no show". Therefore, at 9:30 when we were in bed, we were startled when another family entered our room with a keyed card, flipped on the light, and discovered their room was occupied. Such a frightening experience! I do feel that we need another night or 2 awarded to us for this terrible experience. It was frightening for both the guest entering the room and us.
