Sonesta ES Suites Raleigh Durham Airport Morrisville

Breakfast was good. Bathroom and shower good. Tv good. Worker at check in looked annoyed and breakfast lady wasn’t very nice. Couch bed had no linens, pillows or blankets. There was something nasty on the carpet under the ottoman, I picked it up and threw in trash.

Front desk staff was very kind and helpful No bedding in the room for the pull out couch

All suites, very comfortable, clean. Quiet.

Wonderful, the staff was so nice and helpful!

Superb

It was all fine. The one toilet stopped working but we had another. Kind staff

Good

My concerns were the oval bath tub/shower unit seemed like a huge structural concern. I felt as if I would loose balance and fall while showering. My husband had the same concern. We also needed to request towels daily, the entire stay we didn't receive house keeping service at all. But we managed. Other than that the staff members were awesome and accommodating. When visiting NC again, we probably wouldn't stay here again only because the bathtub structure felt off. But overall our stay was okay.

We were there for the week while visiting family. The property was clean. Our building was quiet. We only interacted with staff while checking in, and they super helpful and professional. The only hiccup was one night the fire alarm was triggered and we had to go outside in the middle of the night while the firefighters investigated. Obviously the hotel had no control over that. We would stay there again, if needed.

size of rooms hot water issue

Large room for a low price Breakfast hours were a little later than I needed

Very clean and lots of space. Beds are comfortable, but wish they had pillows that were more firm.

The front desk lady - Kim was the nicest person I have ever encountered while traveling. She was so welcoming, gave me lots of options to explore and even remembered me when I came down 2 days later to set up my shuttle to the airport. Way to make a person feel welcome. The room was absolutely gorgeous and had everything I needed to stay and decompress from a rough 2 weeks of working

Convenient, shuttle from airport, reasonably priced!

I enjoyed my stay and the staff was awesome and they breakfast was great and the airport shuttle was the icing on the cake!

Exceptional

Exceptional

The only problem I had with the room was the tub was definitely not cleaned. It was disgusted so I had to call to have it cleaned everywhere else was clean.

Great location and staff.

This was our second stay. The kitchenette had what we needed. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice although limited hours. Outdoor was used.
