hair on the bathroom floor. battery on the floor under sink counter that was visible from sitting on the toilet. There were orangish splash spots also on the floor. Long strand of hair in the tub. It was identical to what was on the bathroom floor which made me think they're using the same thing to clean the floor and tub. I reported it to the staff as I left to go out for the day. I returned to my room. Noticed I left the do not disturb hanging on my door. When I walked in my room I knew housekeeping didn't enter because I put a towel on the bathroom floor and it was still there. I went back to front desk to ask about my room being cleaned because I knew I left the door hanger. But one of the staff mentioned she went in to get the battery off the floor. Which means housekeeping could have also entered.I had a complaint. Housekeeping was called. Took about 30mins. to come. I went back. Towel still on the floor AND so is the hair on the floor and tub. Went back again to ask if I can show them what the problem is. Staff walked with me. Finally mopped and tub cleaned. At checkout I was asked what can they do to make it right. Since I booked through Expedia rate couldn't be adjusted. asked what if I wanted to stay again. She gave a name and number and told me we'll inform her of the situation. called back to speak to her. She wasn't there.Left my info. She called me back Friday evening left a msg. returned her call following Sat. She said she'll call me Mon. Have not heard back

The staff was so amazing I had the pleasure of speaking g to and interacting with the front desk staff CJ, Maria, Jameliah. The cleaning staff Boon there were a few more that I missed their names but kudo to them all. My rooms were beautiful and beautifully maintained. My only request is if there is room to have shuttle service to/from the airport would make you complete

Nice stay. Great onsite breakfast for those in a hurry. Staff is friendly. Safe parking. Location, location in the middle of downtown.

The hotel was well kept. My room was clean. It was walking distance to good restaurants and the Convention center. The only downside was the parking. I didn't know it was paid parking. But you can find parking in the street for free.

Everything was just right! Great location clean room nice and comfortable slept like a baby!

The location was perfect. I was close to museum, university and restaurants. My room wasn’t cleaned daily. I had to ask for towels and things.

The room was very clean, the provided soaps pleasant, and I really enjoyed the basic kitchenette, so helpful for my stay. Every staff member I interacted with was wonderful and courteous. Conveniently located to everywhere I needed to get to for my conference.

Very clean, spacious room with useful kitchenette and desk space. The location is just across the street from the Legacy Museum and a short walk from downtown restaurants, the Biscuits ballpark and the waterfront. The free breakfast was standard fare but they did have fruit and bagels. They also had decent coffee available at all times as well as cold filtered water. There was ample, easy, free, adjacent free street parking so we did not pay for hotel parking. The sheets were 100% polyester and the fitness center AC didn’t work well- it was 80F in there! However, the equipment was in good shape.

EVERYTHING

The staff were pleasant and attentive. Breakfast was good. A variety of food and juices to select from. Everything was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was clean and they had plenty of towels. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice place,new and convenient for the convention at the RCC.

It was clean. I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay for parking that should have been included with stay. I also didn’t like the fact I had to pay a deposit I wasn’t aware of till I checked in. I didn’t get my deposit back like I was told I would. Everytime I called about my deposit I got the run around and lies. The front desk phone is horrible lots of static when or some when you call. Also hard to reach someone when you call front desk. You have to keep constantly calling. Only in the day time it’s hard to reach someone.

We travel several times a year and this was a wonderful stay! Facilities and immunities are immaculate, modern and up to date! Secured parking gave an extra sense of safety! We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and close to everything

The staff were welcoming. The hotel is lovely, kept very clean. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast and our stay. You have to pay additional to park or find a spot on the street, that was the only inconvenience
