Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa at the Convention Center

Great place to stay. Everything was excellent. From check in to the pool to eating breakfast and dinner Had to pay for every single thing

I enjoyed our stay. The valley staff was very nice, friendly and welcoming. I didn’t feel welcomed by the front desk staff. The hotel is conveniently located downtown Montgomery and is within walking distance from all the downtown attractions. There is a parking garage around the corner and it was $6 to park overnight. Front desk didn’t know about it and was not able to suggest or recommend parking other than hotel $27 a night parking. I also searched for the pool and couldn’t find it. It would help to have it better marked. Otherwise good experience. Rooms were clean and free of odors.

Lovely hotel with an excellent rooftop pool. The free laundry room was a really useful bonus, and the food in the restaurant was amazing. All the staff were friendly and helpful and made our stay a perfect getaway. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything NA

Great amenities, comfortable room and perfect location There was a glitch between Booking.com and Marriott and they couldn’t find my reservation. It was pretty complicated to sort it out but thankfully they were kind enough to check me in without charging me until they figured it out.

Great amenities, staff, location! There was a glitch with booking.com and they couldn’t find my reservation. It was quite complicated to sort through it in the end but thankfully they gave me a room free of charge until we sorted it out. That would have been very frustrating if they had no rooms left.

It was clean. Nice staff and good location. They owe me a refund but will not return any of my calls

I liked the cleanness of the rooms and also the convenience to the Performing Arts Center.

Exceptional

Music too loud in the Exchange bar

Exceptional

Absolutely loved my stay, although I double booked and hoped for a refund. not getting it did not deter me from booking a second time. And will book again. The restaurant and bar was fantastic .am a fan. I

Breakfast Saturday morning was a disaster I never got silver ware and waited over an hour so I had to get new breakfast which ruined my experience for breakfast in bed and got charged for it still

The three bars, pool and daily entertainment were great. The location is ideal and the restaurant breakfast was tasty. the staff was friendly and professional although I had a billing issue but the staff cleared it up. All in all, it was a wonderful stay.

Great hotel and staff. The pool was nice as well as the onsite restaurant.

Great!!! Staff was excellent, hotel was lovely
