Easy access from the train and Ms Juanita in the restaurant is the best. Also, the young lady at the coffee shop helped my wife find her a drink in the Cafe. She literally took the time to go over all the drinks that were similar to what my wife would drink. I felt the original front dest clerk kind of rushed me along due to us utilizing Booking.

The beds are hard. Asked for a soft mattress cover said they don’t have one. One I had was lumpy. Asked for heavier duvet and was given a blanket. ADA room but bathroom was not ADA.
