Updated, very clean, The bar got loud during happy hour with locals. Two guys were the source. Manager was alerted, manager watched and allowed the banter

Location & staff crystal was great Nothing it was A1

Valet parking and the entrance, lobby, and bar are incredibly chic and upscale; the restaurant is outstanding, with super-friendly staff, the best oysters, and excellent wines. The rooms can be a little noisy due to the external air-conditioning units, but the staff were very accommodating and upgraded us after we raised the issue.

Beautiful property and wonderful staff! Easily walkable to all of downtown. Loved my stay!

Very good

The room was nice and clean. One side of the bed did not have a receptacle to charge you phone. The bathroom was not supplied very well. The tissue box had TWO tissues and the shower had one tiny (5 inch shelf). There was no room to place the shampoo or soap or anything you may use in a shower

They were so accommodating when an issue arose with my room and it was handled very quickly and with such a positive attitude. I really appreciated that they made sure I was comfortable. There is nothing wrong just a few things I wish were a little better. It is a very small pool area and I had to be moved due to the bathroom being very tight but it was just little things.

That "Chris" at the front desk was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to meet the requested early Check-in time for our scheduled event. The late Check-in time.

The Living Room Lounge was amazing. Great cocktails. The staff at the hotel were super nice and helpful. The hotel is in walking distance of many places.
-
Very nice place! Just lacking more TVs for watching football with others downstairs. 1 to 2 blocks away from shops & sports bars on Dauphine St. The beautiful Basilica & parks with large running fountains are walking distance also.

It was a beautifully decorated property with a comfortable, hot water, ac and very friendly staff. It wasn’t particularly quiet, I could hear every aspect of the heated discussion next door and then the making up after the row was even more noisy - thankfully that was done in 5 mins. It wasn’t fully booked so perhaps they could have been more considerate using every other room.
