It was refreshing coming from a hotel that needed a lot of work. It was great to be able to come to a hotel that was clean updated and with helpful staff. The breakfast was great and the location was fantastic.

Location after driving 10 hours from northern Minnesota When we arrived the carpet in front of the rooms air conditioner was soaking wet. I should have requested another room but being Labor Day weekend it was full. Upon checking out the next day I mentioned it to front desk. No apology, no discount . She said she would make a note of it. ? We won’t return, there are nicer hotels in town. We have stayed with you before and enjoyed it. NOw I am sick and I hope it is not a moldy carpet issue.

The breakfast was poor…..the cereal was stale, and the milk tasted spoiled. The eggs were good

Nice location. Clean. Could use more breakfast seating

The little kids pool area was nice. Should open the slide up more especially when a holiday falls during the week. Beds weren't very comfortable but would probably come back

It was fine.

So upon entering, the room was fine with a lot of room. The beds were comfortable as were the pillows. Our children enjoyed the mini water park they had there. Breakfast was good, but nothing to rave about. The window obviously has a water leakage problem as there's black mold under the trim that is letting loose. This was confirmed when it rained and water came dripping in onto the sill, onto the ac unit, and then onto the carpet. It was a wet mess I tried to soak up with multiple towels. When we told staff, she was crabby and short and appeared to know the problem already. The fire alarm went off at 2am which I know the hotel didn't do on purpose. I woke up exhausted.if it weren't for the fun time the children had at pool, I wouldn't have even given it a 2. We will not stay again. The staff didn't when apologize for the inconvenience.
