Hilton Garden Inn Missoula

Nothing Paying to park your car in the hotel parking lot is outrageous, how do you think people GET to a hotel in Montana?!! Buffet for breakfast was $16 and was exactly what you would get for free at any other hotel. It wasn’t anything special. “Assuming” I’m going to have incidentals, you charge my credit card $50 more when I checked in. Yes it came off when I checked out but that infuriated me. And what’s up with $2 bottles of water in the rooms Staff was not friendly at the front desk. Acted like I was inconveniencing them (both afternoon & next morning) were cold and indifferent. The computer wasn’t working upon check out and was told I couldn’t get a receipt unless I wanted it emailed and I could print my own wasn’t even told what my total bill was and with that extra $50 put on there I could only guess. We were already in a high stress situation as we were headed to hospital for surgery on my Stepmom. The whole experience at Hilton just added to our stress and she didn’t need more before surgery. This Hilton acted like it was a high dollar establishment but behaved so ghetto. The only 2 exceptions were the lady that worked at the breakfast cafe, she was incredibly nice and good at her job, and the housekeeping staff keep the rooms very clean.

Great rooms, excellent amenities. Top notch gym and pool. Loved that we were given a very good room on the 6th floor despite booking with a 3rd party, Expedia. Will definitely look at other Hilton Garden Properties when travelling.

Great rates, very nice suite, staff were so courteous. Wonderful morning breakfast!

Tried checking in twice after 3pm were unable to because room wasn’t ready didn’t get room until third try at 11pm. First desk agent not very helpful second one was alt more pleasant she also helped us the third time.

William at the front desk was amazing. No complaints
