I miss the buffet breakfast! The staff were very kind and helpful.

The breakfast was fine. We had breakfast burrito and French toast. I was happy that the carafes in the dining room had nice strong, flavorful coffee. Loved, loved, loved the spacious walk in shower and the thick towels. Check in was quick, and the staff were very friendly. Another thing I liked were the blackout curtains in the room. Not all motels have these, or if they do they are thin. These curtains worked very well keeping the sun out.

Room was clean, sheets were clean. It was noisy at mid night, could hear loud noises from the side room at 12am, 1am. Which was not so pleasant.

Could use more places to hang towels in the bathroom but otherwise the rooms were very clean and modern. The beds were comfortable and the blackout curtains worked extremely well. The hotel was clean and modern and had good amenities. Staff was very kind and helpful.

The evening receptionist was extremely helpful. We arrived at 5:30pm and our suite was not ready. She apologized and gave us a king room until it was , brought us the keys to our suite when ready. It was on the same floor as the King room.

Staff were friendly and room was clean. Didn't realize there wasn't free breakfast with our stay. It's a Bistro and you pay for breakfast.

Nice upscale hotel. Comfortable beds. Nice amenities. My pick up wasn’t until 3 pm the staff let me have late checkout at 1:00. A nice works area in the lobby that had charging stations for my laptop allowed me to work while I waited for my pick up for my next accommodations. Wonderful staff.

Had to wait outside on arrival as front door was locked.

Cons: the pool is freezing and hot tub is not hot :(
