For the price of the room we got this hotel exceeded my expectations by a long shot! Very nice and clean hotel. Will definitely be staying again in the future!

I was pretty surprised by how different this hotel is compared with the photos. It’s relatively old and needs more renovation. Also my hotel overlooked a wall - no window to the outside and I had a deluxe room

The rooms facing inside are ok. But, you can’t tell if it’s night or day. They charged me for early check in but, took it off later. I had to ask for my VIP perks. The hotel was nice.

The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. The restaurant, Wood + Paddle, attached to the hotel was excellent. Location was good for walking to Target Field for the baseball game. Unfortunately, that was about it for us. 1. The noise from the AC unit in the room - it was like having a jumbo jet parked next to the window. 2. Noise from the street - I've never heard so many police/ambulance sirens over the span of a couple nights, on top of people yelling in the street at various times. 3. Pillows - Maybe the worst pillows I've ever had to sleep with. 4. Location - While a short walk from Target Field, the downtown area around the hotel is dreary and doesn't feel very safe. We didn't experience any problems with safety, but just the overall vibe.

Was a very nice place to stay - very friendly staff. We were there for a Twins Game so it was nice and close to the stadium we could walk. The only thing for us was the Bar area closed earlier than they stated so when we got back, we had to go elsewhere and being a small-town girl - didn't really like walking the streets late at night. But overall - very nice place.

The location is wonderful with easy access to parking ramp. Very clean and the staff are wonderful.

Regarding the bar, I observed a particular individual who exhibited a rude demeanor. However, I have received positive attitude from other employees , indicating that the majority of the staff and patrons have been accommodating and pleasant.

Great room...close to Target Field. Walking distance. Helpful staff.

The hotel is the best one i have stayed at but also the most expensive one i stayed at. It was clean, bed was comfy, bathroom was nice. Room 1412 was quiet as it faced in inside. Parking is not free but 24 hours was $22, just pay the day parking because it is cheaper than paying the hotel fee of leaving and coming back.
