Stayed here for the first time it was just ok not worth the $250 a night for a suite that was very out dated and smelt of smoke. I’m a Bonvoy member and I was very turn off when I went to check out the girl behind counter was very cold and off putting didn’t even thank you for staying with them or ask about my stay. I will not be back if the hotel manage would like to reach out to me I would appreciate it.

Predatory parking fees. Paid for two identical rooms, one room was vastly inferior.

At Check in our “reserved” rooms were no longer reserved and they attempted to give us two down graded rooms. When we objected and showed them what was reserved, they claimed a 3rd party booking site was to blame ( it wasn’t). A manager had to be consulted and 10 minutes later our original room types “magically “ became available. They charged our credit card $200 for incidentals. 3 hrs later the front desk called claiming the charge never went through. Despite showing them that it was still pending. At this same time the charge for self parking AND valet parking appeared as separate charges. Although we successfully argued the valet charge, guess what is still on our credit card??? We were then charged a second $200 for incidentals with the promise that the first charge would drop off our card statement. As of today, 3 days later, it still shows along with a mysterious $60 charge on the day we left. We never used any of the amenities nor charged anything to the room. We aren’t likely to stay at this Marriott again.

Hotel was very close to the sporting arenas for ball games and concerts. Nice and clean and connected to Minneapolis' indoor walkway. We were disappointed that the lobby Starbucks wasn't open early.

Charges a $100 pet fee, but has nowhere for pets to relieve themselves. Got told the nearest place to bring my dog to go to the bathroom was 4 blocks away. Would not recommend bring a pet here or paying a crazy pet fee just to walk a mile to take them to the bathroom.

I would definitely stay here again. Its proximity to the Target center is amazing, the hotel was clean and staff was accommodating. We were only in for 1 night, so we didn’t use the workout room. The restaurant was god too!

The room was clean and welcoming. We had a great view of the city. Check-in went quickly. We were within walking distance to Target Field and over 20 restaurants. Great place to stay!

The staff members were great.
