This is a fantastic hotel

Location They did not offer a free breakfast (I did know that in advance). The nightstand next to the bed in room 220 had a very LARGE stain on it, lighting in the room was POOR, there was no full length mirror, there was some hair on the floor in the bathroom.

They wanted to charge me $35 to park behind the building. I went to the public parking garage next door and only paid $14. The room had a modern look to it but I wish the room was a little more clean. Found some hairs on the wall in the bathroom and the bed had some stains in the sheets.

The location is incredible. Loved the amenities of games for the kids.

The staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful. The on site parking was an amazing perk if you get there early enough to reserve a limited available space. The room was chic and modern, and it was very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Superb

Awesome location! Was 2 blocks away from the concert my daughter and I were attending. Pizza was great at the onsite restaurant! When I checked in they even game me a couple of drink vouchers for the restaurant! Along with $15 off the meal. Parking was on site and safe. All around good experience! Price was excellent as well.

We’ve stayed here several times the staff at the front desk is always very nice. Very helpful willing to do above and beyond for you. The rooms are compact clean have everything you need. It’s in a good area usually has great available parking. We will stay every time we go to Minneapolis.

Breakfast was good. The young man who checked us in was awesome!!! He provided many helpful suggestions of places to eat, and sites to see- l9ved them all !!!

This was an excellent place to stay, it's in the middle of everything. The water works is walking distance, the stadium is right around the block, the street car is in front of the stadium. And the food is amazing and on every corner.

Love this hotel and the unique decor so much! I was supposed to be at a different hotel for an event, but I had to come back!

Excellent hotel. This hotel was clean, spacious, and made it easy to walk anywhere we needed to go. The front desk staff was very kind and welcoming. There is a nice table and mini fridge in the room as well which was very helpful in our stay. We came to Minneapolis to see a concert at Target Field. It was very easy and safe to walk to. I highly recommend this hotel. Additionally, the hotel is connected to the skyway which was fun as someone who has never experienced anything like this before.

The hvac system cycled on and off for our set temp continually - and it was very loud,so much so that I started counting the seconds ( yes seconds ) that it went thru it anoying cycling...Keep us up most of the night...Also, no instructions on how to control the electric shade..I finally kept pusing a square switch that turned out to be the control knob for the shade...After many atempts I was able to shut the shade....We will not be back to this facility....

Room was very clean, it was kind of weird that the shower only had half a door, but I get that it was going with the whole modern vibe. Not a TON of water got out and on the floor but some definitely did. The bed was comfy, the room was quiet, all in all it was a great stay. Location was central to what we were doing (seeing a friend perform at the Guthrie). We didn’t eat at the restaurant but only because we always had other plans. My only “complaint” would be that when we we’re checking out (at 4:30am…those 6am flights are ROUGH) there seemed to be a situation with someone who was not a guest at the hotel sort of harassing a group of people who were heading to their room and there didn’t seem to be any security around. He tried following them into the elevator and it made me quite uncomfortable to be waiting for our ride in the lobby with that going on. It seems to be in an otherwise safe neighborhood, but it was a little unsettling.

Hotel was great!

Perfect hotel for weekend visit. Good assortment of restaurant options within 1-3 blocks, Trader Joe's 2 blocks away. Airport access via light rail, station 3-4 blocks away (US Bank Stadium). Room was clean, bathroom well ventilated, great rain shower. Sitting area has nice long table with 2 chairs and padded bench, lots of clothes hanging space. Helpful staff, good experience all around.
