The Staff is the best! I forgot valuable things in the safe. The took care of it and sent by mail. So grateful for the fact that I may trust.

I expected…more. The hotel is higher-end and the staff aren’t. It seems painful for them to display any customer service skills. Also, everything is an up-charge. Such a bummer. Also, Umbra, the restaurant in the lobby served the two of us a plate of literal grease. If I knew any of this I would not have stayed here, it just wasn’t worth it and I would recommend other hotels!

Loved the property and the room. Everything was industrial chic with exposed wood beams and metal. Also loved the neighborhood

The front desk agent Mya was very pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. The on site restaurant had excellent food and the location was within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and a block from the transit station.

Beds were extremely comfortable! Location was great and the dessert at the restaurant was delicious.

This hotel is simply gorgeous! The room was so well appointed, with multiple doors for privacy and buffering hallway noise. The exposed bricks and beams and history of the building added an unexpected element of enjoyment to my travels. I will definitely stay here again.

Superb

Great hotel with such friendly and accommodating staff! We loved that they offered complimentary bikes, which were perfect for exploring the area. We especially appreciated being able to use the changing rooms and lockers after checkout so we could enjoy walking around the city before our flight without worrying about our luggage. The location was also great, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, a wonderful stay and experience, we would definitely recommend!

Very nice hotel in the Mill District, close to public transportation and Mill District attractions like the Guthrie Theatre, and the football stadium. Restaurant was good and staff were helpful. Excellent rooms. Used to be an old farm implement showroom.

Really nice rooms, comfy beds

Excellent choice if staying in downtown Minneapolis. Street parking is surprisingly easy. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. If I had to offer one improvement it would be brighter lighting in the room.
