The indoor pool was not heated at all. It was also incredibly dirty.

The light on the road was out making it difficult to find the hotel. We drove right past it. The parking lot was very dark due to poor lighting. The front desk was helpful.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. And breakfast was good. But the hotel itself really needs some work. Our first room was rather skanky. You could see the sags in the beds when you walked in the door, both chairs were stained, and the sheets looked like they had hair or fuzz on them. We asked for a new room, which was a bit better. But someone had left their undies in the corner (ewww). Beds weren't as bad as the first room but they really needed to be upgraded. And the shower faucet dripped so the floor was constantly wet and we had to get extra towels. (Which staff gladly gave us.) Faucet on the sink was missing a part and also spraying all over countertop. (Thus, needed more towels.) This place was reasonably priced; now we know why. Would not stay here again. But kudos to such great staff; sadly, they can't overcome a worn out facility.

Check for bed bugs. We were there for one night and the day we checked out, several of us had bug bites on our backs, arms, legs...can only assume bed bugs. Unfortunate because the larger room size was nice and continental breakfast was good for the kids with decent options. Property shows age in some areas. We'll have to find another long-term stay/suite hotel in the area now.

Your building needs some maintenance, elevator, doors to the room. But otherwise super clean and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect. We got there late at night and left after breakfast so we didn’t use the amenities but they looked good. Terrence was on duty for checking us in and then breakfast. What an engaging and lovely man.

Breakfast is great new pancake &coffee machines and the hot breakfast buffet is a delight . Pool is excellent heated water and open windows and outside view! Is sure my favorite. Staff is always nice ; I do know they going to renovate since some of the furniture like chairs inside the suites bar and pullout beds are pretty old and broken but functional . Won’t be surprise the price goes UP once the renovations are done . I will find out since I am planning another stay coming up.

The Location-- The toilet ran and it was loud

The hotel was dated and had stains on the rug, damage to the bathroom door. the shower head was off center so it make it weird to shower at a angle.
