Hilton Garden Inn Milford

Clean property and nice rooms and bartender Dawn is wonderful. Nice to have a bar on premises. Convenient location and parking. Would stay here again. At this location and another, we were promised an email receipt. Had to call when we returned home and request it. No apology in both cases. Otherwise good experience.

Need a clock that you can see in the darkness

We booked this hotel two months ago and when we arrived at 11 PM for our reservation that was supposed to be for the entire weekend. We were told that they canceled our reservation that morning, and it wasn’t their responsibility to tell us that it was canceled. It was Expedia’s responsibility to call us. So at 11 o’clock at night, there were no rooms available and we had to find a new hotel. The staff was not nice and not helpful at all. When we had Expedia call them, they lied and said they tried to call us. Expedia was also not helpful. I waited on the phone for an hour to speak to Somebody. I was transferred like three times for there to be no help so we had to find a new hotel on our own. I do not recommend this hotel and I do not recommend using Expedia for anything.

Great stay

Excellent customer service.

It was clean but loud. The AC unit was loud and so were the folks up stairs. The walls were thin but for the most part it was fine. It’s not really close to anything but Lowe’s so you have to go scavenge food and their breakfast buffet was pricey.

Clean room was unable to get a fold out cot and pool was freezing cold

I have decided when I return soon I will stay at the Milford Hilton.

Room was clean, staff professional, parking close to the entrance, breakfast is great and All the amenities are definitely a plus including the pool.

We have stayed here several times after attending a concert at Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater. Relatively convenient and pleasant. Excellent Saturday morning breakfast.

Breakfast and pool were great. My kids loved the free popcorn!

Staff is very friendly and helpful Lobby’s nice to hang out Room was fine, they switched us immediately after I saw some dirt on the floor in our original room. This hotel is dog friendly Bed was comfortable Curtains were blackout Couldn’t figure out how to use ac on low but it was ok in the end Breakfast was usual American breakfast, with some fruit options. Wish they had plain yoghurt. Pool was very busy (but it was holiday weekend) and outdoor area closed for renovations so we ended up not using it.. It seemed a bit overpriced for what it offered but again it was a holiday weekend and we booked last minute Wish there was more info about activities in the area

It’s just run down. No getting around that. The bed was good. Parking is good. Location is good. Staff is pleasant. Shower is ok. The stall is a bit decrepit. The towels are linty/ cardboardy, but you’ll live. Breakfast and snacks are seriously overpriced, but the coffee is surprisingly good.

Nice and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable bed too!

The rooms are spacious and comfortable but the one negative I have is that the pillows are too soft and made for uncomfortable sleeping
