The location. Very DATED. The sink did not drain, and there was no sink INSIDE the bathroom. I expected it to be more modern for that price.

Very old hotel and key system didn't work, have to Walk down multiple times to lobby and exchange card and again in the morning. No USB port for charging, breakfast is not as good as described in the website. I could have bought better breakfast in grocery store for $10. Always someone smoking weed in the parking lot. Too bad to check in

When I came back from dinner, neither key worked and I had to go back to the front desk and asked the staff to see what the problem was. The staff person tried his key and it didn’t work. He said the whole key thing wasn’t working and he would have to call someone to come out and open the door so I could get my belongings and that I would have to change rooms. It was getting late and I had been traveling for two days. Finally I was able to get my belongings and a new room. The carpet in my room was torn in spots and was dirty. But I would say the worst thing was the deplorable breakfast bar. Yuk! The only hot food was breakfast sausage and fake scrambled eggs. And the second day they said they ran out of eggs, and that was during the time they were serving breakfast. So other than cereal and toast, that was about it. Unless I have no other choice, I don’t think I will ever stay at a La Quinta again.

The room smelled awful! It smelled of marijuana, mold, and old bleach. I had to ask for a replacement pillow and case because the pillow case was dingy brown with hair and makeup on it. It was clearly never changed from the people who had the room prior to use

Location is great, and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. I have stayed here many times and it is usually very clean. However, this time, the room had a foul smell to it, and it was not cleaned properly. There was no hand soap either.

The receptionist was not welcoming so first impression was unfriendly. In a service business, that is very important. She was unsmiling, dressed shabbily, and had her hood up. Really?! It made us distrust the care and cleanliness of the hotel. There was no handsoap at all by the sink, also no facial tissues.
