The bed was comfy Quite very dated. Strange odours and smells corridors and in room. Ice machines weren't working and not much parking bedding didn't look clean kinda tingy dirty colour bathroom was not the best broken sink unit cobwebs on the wall n stains on the shower curtain.

The location was great The bed was horrible. My husband and I will both need to see a chiropractor after our stay. It felt like we were sleeping on cement blocks with a sheet on top. Terrible!!!!! There was no mini fridge in the room and the safe did not work.

The room was too dark, smelled like smoke, no Netflix or app choices. AC wasn’t working correctly. Shower/ tub was slippery with no floor insert. Parking was across the alley. I didn’t try any food or drinks. No thanks. Front desk and valet were ok. I received 2 keys for 4 nights stating one might quit working.

My room was clean, large and bed was comfortable. The location was perfect for accessing the Convention Center and local restaurants. Parking was a little unhandy but I just parked on street nearby which worked fine. I would stay here again if I needed to be downtown. There wasn't a refrigerator or microwave, which should be included at these hotel prices. The Ice machine wasn't working, and I didn't check the floor they recommended to see if it was working. I had a two-queen room, but there was only one bath towel. I was staying more than one night so this was unhandy. If you're staying more than one night, be aware that there isn't any maid service and they don't refresh the towels between nights. If my trip had been two or a family, this would have been a serious problem. The coffee bar was only open one of 3 mornings and they didn't have a coffee pot in the room. Luckily there is a good walk-up coffee bar/window about 1/2 block away. Hotel was peaceful, no issues with outside noise. My tower had both elevators working, but I noticed the other tower only had one working.

We booked Double Bedroom with Breakfast, the Hotel does not deserve the price as the room was too old, missing a lot of staff, the provided staff is not even enough for one person
