The girl was terrible and had an attitude. Breakfast is not kid friendly. Who wants just bagels for breakfast. When I stay somewhere I like to look into their breakfast and they just mainly have bagels.

Room "Looked" nice. SO LOUD! Amenities didn't match the appearance AT ALL. We could hear everything going on beyond our door and the walls.

The check in was a nightmare. The front desk employee could not find my reservation even after I proved my stay was paid for and reserved she still said she couldn’t find it. She kept asking me for a credit card that WAS NOT MINE and didn’t want to understand that it was not my card. I demanded she call the manager to resolve the issue and her answer was “well I can’t find it”. I was in midland for a funeral and the last thing I needed was this. She wanted ME to call customer service and resolve it. Once she saw I was serious about her calling her manager she coincidentally found my reservation. I was late to the funeral service due to this. Horrible experience!

I like the fact that this hotel is clean. The pictures are accurate description of the hotel. The reviews reflect the stays that were actual not paid lying reviews. I do pick Spark hotels often. However, I wish that all hotels would be required to upgrade their mattresses to 2026 and have memory foam people with bad backs need better beds, which is most of the world just saying. Na

cleaning staff did not makeup my room and left garbage unemptied and dirty towels in the room, bed unmade, then acted like i was the problem when i asked them to empty the bin at 10pm. poor location too - freeway noise all night in a rather dodgy part of town. most things

everything super clean, the only thing is breakfast. Coffee not always available, not many options for food. The breakfast menu should be expanded
