Comfort Inn & Suites At Copeland Tower

The hotel was nice the area where it is and the breakfast was awesome Everything was perfect

Continental breakfast was good. They had a variety of foods to choose from cereals, fruit, waffles, yogurt, several juices to pick from. Close distance from mall, restaurants and highways. The time for breakfast was short on weekdays

I did not like the location. My uber drivers kept getting lost . Will not stay at this location again

Room was extremely clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent and well done. Parking was ample and not difficult. Staff at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, I would definitely book this hotel again when visiting the area.

Everything is well maintained. Even though the property

The light in the morning was terrible

Exceptional

Very helpful staff and they go above and beyond

The room was clean and very spacious. Great price for a major event wknd. Only several miles to downtown N O. Breakfast and coffee was good. Bathroom was clean. Air worked great. Check in process was easy and quick. No complaints.

Great stay clean room quiet secure area

Very clean, powerful AC, very comfortable bed, super quiet. Also, a 4 minute walk to Whole Foods for meals, and 7 minute walk to other restaurants.

Worked for what I needed!

Clean

Rooms were very clean, staff was kind and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Overall an excellent stay!

Nothing

Exceptional

Asked to have my room cleaned every day during my stay and they missed one day, They miss the last day I stayed there.

The convenience of being near shopping, and meeting friends at nearby restaurants. We slept well, and enjoyed the venue. Felt that it was a little dated but was fairly clean.

The staff would be the only reason I’d consider coming back. The furniture is outdated and dusty, I had to request for the toilet seat to be replaced because it looked old. The breakfast was nice so that was a plus. Unfortunately I missed the part in the bio where it mentions, the hotel is connected to a Senior Living Community.. The tower part of the hotel and pool is for the senior residence.. Now I have nothing against them but you can see through their apartment windows because of how the building is made, across from the hotel guest side is the residents side and they have these big glass windows in their apartments.. Tbh I would have cancelled the booking based on the fact it’s half residential but I didn’t know this until after the room was paid :(. This was an overall solid 6/10, the price wasn’t extreme, the distance into the city wasn’t too bad and the staff were super kind.

I love everything
