I enjoyed the breakfast and the cleanliness of the room. The location was okay, but the route to the hotel was not pleasant. It was not clean and made me wonder if I would be safe staying there. However, the hotel was clean and I would stay there again. I did not like the sink being outside the bathroom. The door to the bathroom did not close. The shower door did not stay close when showering. I did not complain because I was only staying on night, but I did tell the staff at check out.

Nothing. I booked for the King Deluxe Room w/ Large Living Room area (MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE REGULAR KING ROOM) and PAID for the room, just to be told the day I arrived and checked in that the room I booked for was not available due to renovation. I was not offered a refund for the difference I paid nor was I even told about the room not being available until I asked the clerk when I came back from my family event. Booking.com reached out to the hotel for me to get a refund and the hotel refused to although it is their fault for approving AND charging me for a room they knew they did not have. The clerk told me I could come back to the front desk THE NEXT DAY (I only booked for 2 night 3 days) to see if a different room was available. The NEXT DAY was my last night at the hotel and I was busy everyday due to my family reunion events I paid for to attend so I would not have time to pack all my stuff back up just to changed room when it should of been adjusted when I checked in, NOT hours later. I will never stay at this hotel again. The first two attached photos are of the room I BOOKED AND PAID FOR versus the room they gave me and charged me the more expensive price INSTEAD of the cost the regular King room is for. You can clearly see the difference in price AND the rooms.

Clean This hotel is not kid-friendly, despite telling me otherwise before taking my money. I specifically asked if children were allowed and was told yes. Once we were there, though, it became a problem anytime my kids made any noise or had anything to say. What made it worse was the fact that the hotel allowed a whole party to go on from around 3 PM until 11 PM, with plenty of noise, but somehow my children were the issue. That felt very unfair and misleading. If you’re traveling with kids, I would definitely think twice before booking here. I wish they had been honest about their expectations before I paid.

The hotel was nice, but my experience wasn’t the best… I had my room given away which was supposed to have a kitchen. i was celebrating my daughters birthday and planned on having a larger room to decorate and to cook a special meal but it was deterred. i know things happen but, what i reserved is what i should’ve received.

Room was GREAT! The breakfast was very good and the bed was better than the one we had in our Panama city Beach Timeshare. Location was a little concerning but the parking had a coded entry gate which eased in concerns.

Nice spacious room with very comfortable mattress & large TV screen.. Comp breakfast was a great time savor with pretty good breakfast and a good variety of items to enjoy...

The decor and nice rooms. Had a really bad experience with one of the front desk male clerk, on Friday morning around 10a.m.ish He was a really butt hole. Which made our stay horrible. Wasn't enjoyable after that! The cleaning staff didn't clean our room. They had to be told several times to our room and a day went by without a clean room then we were asked to put our own sheets and pillows on the bed. Which I refused since I paid close to $500 for our stay. The other front clerks and breakfast staff were very nice.

Staff was nice, inside of property was nice, weird sketchy area, parking is behind a gate, didn’t use the pool. Walls paper thin could hear lots of noise from the adjacent room
