Comfortable great location. Even our puppy enjoyed himself.

Room wasn’t cleaned properly. I didn’t have a lid for the coffee cup. The TV was damaged

The room was clean beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was great good choice options and loved they had lactose Milk for my little one, will definitely stay again.

When I got there the young lady that received me I work with her before for the life of me I cannot remember her name but she was real helpful and check me in gorgeous smile the staff was second to none would highly recommend this place that anybody coming to the valley come one come on to this wonderful gorgeous hotel as a matter of fact this place is so big it's about as big as my apartment in Mississippi amazing place if I could give it 10 Stars I would 12 out of 10

Resuelvan el problema que tienen de semanas de los elevadores. Siempre los tienen descompuestos, eso genera intranquilidad en los clientes

Necesitan arreglar los elevadores. Siemore nos hospedamos ahy por la ubicación y atención. Requieren esa reparación porque cuando es 3ero o 4to piso nos afecta tantas escaleras
