It was cheap, but you do get what you pay for. The staff waking me up just to ask if I’m vaping, that their alarm was going off.

Very clean room with nice cold a.c. Only problem they had no ice machine and in south Texas it is hot. Also wanted deposit for everything, remote for t.v. and others. Lady in front t was bit rude but otherwise ok stay

Quiet. Floors were dirty! Could not find staff when we needed toilet paper.

It was extremely hot and the temperature on the air conditioner is just frozen, which they only leave it at a certain temperature. It was a sleepless night. We'll never rent here again.

Room was cute and clean . The lack of empathy and response to actual complaints about noice and chaos. Our reason for travel was a death in the family we didn't think that this had to be explained for us to get some real assistance, however there was other (children/kids) basically treating your property as a playground. We asked for help with the noise and honest concern too because they were actually fighting each other in the rooms at around 11-1230 and 3-4 this is way way way past any acceptable time to allow this kind of chaos. No help/Did not get any sleep/ was NOT offered any way to reach an actual manager so that I could get some real assistance the next day . We did not sleep .
