Room was clean, roomy, convenient to Atlanta and Marietta area visits. Excellent location, easy access to interstate I95 and large selection of area restaurants and entertainment. Staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Comfortable bed Non-working deadbolt on 302 door discovered upon check-in. Asked to be moved and was told "give me a minute and I'll send someone up." Finally went downstairs to desk to be told "hes in another room right now." I told her that it'd be easier [for me] to move to a functional room. She said it wouldn't be easier but move me to room 312. The deadbolt worked, but there was no coffee maker, nor did the USB outlet hold my charger cord. The one on the desk lamp was broken. I went to call front desk and the phone wouldn't work. I guess it wasn't plugged in, but I couldn't see where to plug it. Sleep was fitful as I was unsure about phone charging and missing our hospital appointment. The toilet rocked, and the tank lid just perched on the tank. The light wall sconce has rust on it. The adjoining room lock was broken. There was NO lock on linen room door off the hall. The hotel needs serious maintenance work and hospitality training for front desk. Doesn't meet standards expected from Hilton nor Hampton Inn.

Mimi was amazing at the front desk. I had a terrible experience at another hotel and she was super helpful, knowledgeable, and fast. I travel weekly for work and she was one the best hotel customer service rep I have had a this year nationwide .
