Very clean room awesome staff

I didn't like anything Dead Roaches, people standing outside smoking and drinking, hanging out, small kids running around elevators buttons are missing, smells so bad like mold & not safe

I liked the room, the cleanliness, and the service.

The location There were roaches, a whole in the bathroom door like it was kicked and the headboard was broken a little

Only complaint I have is the smell

Located next to interstate I could see through the door(looks to be kicked in before. There was another room connected and door was locked by a door latch. Mold in the bathroom floor and ceiling. I killed a couple roaches. People smoking crack outside the rooms, food on the walkway and steps, people beat on my door between 2am & 430am yelling idk what. The room smelt like dope(weed). Wasn’t a non smoking room for sure. Floors were sticky with syrupy chemicals

Sheet s had cigarettes burns in our nonsmoking room. & old dry blood. No tv remote & not a smart tv

The hotel was old

Disappointing

I was expecting a nice getaway to relax and I noticed the property had local people living in the motel. Although, I definitely understand the climate we’re living in so, I’m not complaining about the people but, I wasn’t expecting to see that type of activity at the motel. But I ended up staying somewhere else where I felt better and had the time to relax a little.

The room was comfy and clean. Just what I have come to expect.

Only thing I liked about it was the price but sometimes you got to spend money to get satisfied with a good one The room didn't look anything like the picture shown on the website. The room was worn down with old graffiti all over the place. Smell like marijuana smells like weed. The lights in the bathroom really didn't work. The room was really old. Need to upgrade that room

I particularly like the cockroaches on the floor when we went into the room, as well as the erroneous call from the desk at 5:30 in the morning asking me to come down because they claimed my credit card didn't go through although I look at it on my statement and sure enough it had gone through and PayPal themselves said that it has been paid. Who does that wakes people up at 5:30 in the morning for erroneous information like that? English was not her first language either I didn't like the bugs I didn't like the phone call at 5:30 in the morning I didn't like the argument with the desk clerk the three or four times I went down there in the morning to discuss i the fact that my credit card had been charged and the credit card company said that it had been collected by the hotel but this lady had accidentally hit cash and was complaining that she was $40 short on cash so she was trying to collect it from me. I think I should be comp some free rooms and get my money back as well as a public apology

intense cigarette smell, roaches & broken ac unit that randomly sounds like a jack hammer. room does not resemble posted photographs. bathroom was the cleanest part of the room. easily worst place i’ve stayed at. waste of money I should’ve just slept in my car.
