Way over priced for a worn out poorly maintained hotel. Pool was nice. No ventilation in the bathroom. Mold/mildew all over the grout lines in the shower.

The only downside was the breakfast was not free it was 17 per adult.

A good quiet location and the staff were friendly. The rooms and the Hallways are outdated. The room I had feels humid and it smells like moist, the A/C wasn't working properly. This place needs some major renovation.

Need more cleaning

When you walk in the lobby and conference center is a nice look. The room was horrible. Stains in the carpet. There was a little balcony overlooking the lobby with a chair but couldnt open the door to get out there. Shower took forever to warm up stains on the wall shower curtain rod falling off. To begin the lady checking me in had a horrible attitude. Room was deffinatly not worth the money paid.

I booked a pool access room through Expedia and paid extra (the prices change, but I know it was at least [redacted so I can post this review] more for this type of room). When arriving at the property, I'm given a regular 2 queen bedroom on the second floor (so no sliding glass door to the pool or even on the same floor as the pool). After talking to the front desk, they told me that "the booking didn't show up as a pool access room" and that there aren't any available, and that they "can't guarantee any rooms booked through other vendors." So keep this in mind if you want to stay here: you have no guarantee of any room you purchase. I had to get on the phone with Expedia for them to refund me the difference. After about 30 minutes on the phone (while I'm trying to get ready to leave for a concert), I'm finally offered only a [redacted, but it was VERY LOW] refund from the hotel. Maybe this is the baseline difference in price between the two rooms, but it is NOT the actual price difference I paid. They fluctuate the prices based on demand and I've noticed the same room go for different prices based on the week and current events. I even stayed at this same property a month before and paid a completely different price. I would recommend not staying here, but if you do, don't book through Expedia. The hotel will [redacted].

I got there an hour after check in time and my room was not ready, they are not the cleanest of hotels. The set up is definitely weird with the pool being in the middle of the hotel. I also saw bed bug traps and mold in the bathroom. Being charged $380 for one night is ridiculous. I’m normally not one to complain but the price is stupid for this hotel.

My room had a lot of mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and entryway. The hotel as a whole is very musty and humid. The indoor pool is surrounded by hotel rooms. My room on the first floor faced the lobby/dinning room as the only "window/natural light". I could hear people in the lobby and hallways very late into the night (past 1am). Very over priced for the experience. I would not stay here again.

Do not stay here. Rooms are poorly maintained.
