I purchased Insurance for my stay and even though I tried to cancel or even change the date due to weather the Hotel refused to refund me or change the date,

Very clean, modern, and convenient place to stay! If youre going to a Pats game, this is 100% the place to stay. Our room felt like a little apartment!

The hotel was great! Very clean and nice, also very convenient location to a lot of places along with close drive to the Xfinity center. The staff was very friendly and it overall was a nice place to stay. I would stay there again.

Check in was over 2 hours late. The rooms were not clean or ready. The staff was unable to tell us or refusing to contact us when ready and said to just keep checking back. Rooms smelled so strongly of smoke. Zero communication efforts. WiFi did not work. Poor insulation, could hear every footstep in the hall and above the room.

The location to Gillette Stadium and restaurant Front desk and housekeeping sorely inadequate , long wait to get into the room after super long line to check in. The hotel was run down and our bed was hard as a rock!

The staff was not that helpful and we were asked to place a card for WiFi charges and when we went to go sign up for the WiFi, there was none.

Hallways smelled like cigarettes, beds were not queen size, probably full. Would not stay there again.

We were unable to check in at check in time due to the room not being cleaned yet. The line to check in was extremely long and slow. The floor in our room was sticky and not cleaned properly.

Fantastic location. Our suite was recently renovated. Loved the Kitchen amenities, workspace and separate bedroom. Breakfast was fantastic and staff was very attentive.

Breakfast, indifferent staff, stayed 3 nights and no housekeeping. Had to request towels and manager was supposed to contact me regarding a room upgrade and never did. Will not stay there again.
