The room and bathroom smells like sewer, carpet really disgusting. The bed was OK comfortable and the noise of the AC unit was awful.

A part of the room smelled to cigarettes; I don’t smoke; thus asked for a non smoking room. The smell was not pleasant.

Property was clean, rooms were very spacious but there were a couple of stains on floor and couch but not too bad. There is no complimentary breakfast, you will have to pay for it but they do offer complimentary popcorn.

Really nice, modern hotel. We also enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet for $11 per person. It was a good value. Next time, want to try the bar and pool.

Room was mostly nice and most everything seemed new and updated. The person at the front desk was very abrasive in his questions. The carpet in our room felt kind of yucky. Like stained and the shower had rust and didnt seem very clean.

The only Holiday Inn, in Lubbock without a "free" breakfast! I chose this one b/c it was cheaper, but saw the charge for breakfast the next am. The restaurant was "vacant" I wonder why! No ice machine on the 1st floor, had to go to the 2nd floor, annoying! That was another annoying oddity! I won't stay at this Holiday Inn again!

Room also was extremely hot . Family and I woke up around 3 am sweating . Went to front desk Spoke with staff around 6 am . Young lady was very very dry and nonchalant and stated oh well you have to set the air on low fan , if you don’t if will automatically turn off. I said well that is something that guest should be notified at check in. She did not seem to have any care

I probably will not stay there again because they stopped serving breakfast as part of staying there. It makes no sense for them to charge almost $50 for breakfast for 2 people
