The AC did not work properly, the beds are absolutely horrible and the night staff are extremely rude

I want to express my gratitude for the concern for safety for my kids at the pool when other guests repeatedly brought glass to the pool area. I appreciate the front desk staff being friendly to us.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly. We did not use the ammenities.

The bedding was dirty the day we checked in. Our room didn't get cleaned. When I asked why, I was informed if it's less then 3 nights the room doesn't get cleaned.

Room and property were clean, and location was great. I do wish they would have had better coffee service options - only the dry packets of creamer . . . in this day and age, they could do better. And a $6.93 charge for daily parking? That's a little petty in Lubbock, Texas. Otherwise, I would recommend the hotel and would stay again, but will probably bring my own creamer.

Great stay, staff were super friendly & accommodating especially because we had a good size group gathered in the breakfast area that night visiting. Only issue was there wasn’t an ice machine on the first floor (I think they said it was broken) so we had to go upstairs to other floors to get ice every time.

Tv in breakfast area didn’t work.

2. The room coffee had power but didn't heat the water. The front desk said they would swap it out for one that worked, but never did. 3. The TV remote did not work. Front desk provided another kind. That one worked. 4. The automatic door open button to leave patio and enter the building didn't work. Recommendation: The glass shower wall was so clean that it looked like there was no glass wall, just the shower entrance. I bumped my head on it and discovered my mistake. Perhaps some patterned application on the shower glass wall might enable others to see that a wall was there?

Great breakfast. Great location. Would stay again.

Front desk was great! Location was good! Seems a little run down. No towels at the pool area.

The customer service was great. The property was clean and smelled nice inside. The bathroom could have been cleaned better.

We enjoyed the place as a last minute unplanned stop passing through Lubbock it was nice.
