Hilton Garden Inn Louisville Downtown

Parked in the garage. Never did understand the cost. Check out was very confusing. Hotel was clean and comfortable

This property is very conveniently located right around the corner from the Louisville palace theatre and very close to so many great restaurants. We enjoyed dinner and drinks at the rooftop restaurant as well as breakfast the next morning.

Great experience, I did have an issue with my key which meant I had to take my bags and go all the way downstairs to get it corrected. The staff was kind about it, however, it was a bit of an inconvenience.

Breakfast was the best. It wasn’t included in the stay, it was worth the price.

It was a very nice room. It had a pull out couch, microwave, refrigerator, a nice tv. I was only there over night so I didn't experience much.. I would stay there again. Something was super loud, I thought it was the A/C so I turned it off but i still heard the noise. It just filled the room. This has nothing to do with the hotel. I parked in the garage they suggested I use. The next day when I tried to leave, the machine used to pay would not take my card. It said it was invalid. So I repark and took a lyft to my meeting . I called my bank to see if there was a security hold. After my meeting , in a lyft I stop by an atm to get cash. I go back to try to get out of the garage. I tried my card again, same thing. So I put in the cash, it spat it back out. I was literally being held hostage. I pushed the button for assistance, explained I was in an open air prison and she asked if I had another card! Really, if I did would it not have dawned on me to USE IT! long story longer, she was able to process the payment manually using the SAME CARD and lift the gate.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

It was good. The staff was very kind. And please THANK YOU for the water pressure. I didn't have to chase the water coming out of the showerhead!!!

The room faces a busy street and has extremely poor sound insulation. I was unable to sleep throughout the night because I could clearly hear every car passing by. I called the reception twice to ask for earplugs, but unfortunately, they did not have any available. They also did not offer to move me to a quieter room. This has been the worst hotel experience I have had so far.

Clean room and staff were fantastic. Parking is decent, $22 per night on site or valet for a little more. I would recommend valet for sure. Great location if you’re looking to walk to 4th Street LIVE or looking to catch a show at the Palace. Very walkable!

It's little small things that differentiate a bad business from a good business. Something simple like saying hello and acknowledging your presence is huge. Now that is considered basic in my mind but I can tell you that the staff at this Hilton Garden Inn went well above and beyond that when welcoming me in for my state along with my children
