Owner is such a good guy, gave us everything we need and even more. Would come back 100%

Mirror was broken and unclean. Bathtub was dirty.

Absolutely disgusting property. Only good thing was the guy at the counter was nice. Very dirty and unsafe. Door did not shut completely, blood stains, and burn holes on the sheets homeless people right outside the door.

The property was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Price is good.

The first room was poorly cleaned and the second room was a bit better. I couldn’t be bothered looking for another room at that point.

It's alright for a quick one night stay.

The owner is absolutely amazing. The Air conditioner worked really well. This room was perfect for our stay.

The hotel was basic but had all the amenities needed for a nights stay including a tv, microwave, and even a fridge and the owner was very nice! Room was very simple though and could do with a better cleaning but it will do for a nights stay. Area was not safe though so beware of that when choosing this hotel.

The place itself is not clean in appearance. The walls are kind of dirty, and it just has a general unclean appearance. But the room itself has what you need to literally spend the night. The bed is OK for sleeping in, the sheets were clean, and the shower in bathroom or clean enough. If you easily get grossed out this place is not for you. If you just need somewhere to crash at the end of your evening because you’re leaving early the next morning, this is definitely worth the price. You get what you pay for.

So, as a dad I take a lot of trips and stay at a lot of places. I try not to be overly critical. But, this place definitely had misleading ratings. I even paid a little more because of the ratings to stay here. The ceiling was stained which looks like an exploded soda. Easily cleaned. The bed frame was full of dust and an old piece of gum was left on that very frame. Footprints on wall, ants in the bathroom and graffiti on the walls and furniture. Parking spaces are wide, so that’s good. Gentleman was nice when I checked in. No ice maker. Near decent restaurants.

The price was reasonable. It was a great place for a one night stay. The staff was wonderful and helpful. They are trying to update the old building and we give kudos to their efforts. Something they can’t control is the area.
