La Mirage Inn - Long Beach

The Room was very clean . The Restrooms was clean and tidy this is the first impression of the hotel the restrooms has to be clean . The lady at the front Desk was very polite and she helped us answer everything we wanted to know about the place . I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friend and family members we will again come and stay in this hotel . Thank you la Mirage Inn. NA

Near port of Long Beach Was not in a very safe area . There was stain and burn mark on the comforter

Nothing at all The blanketing had stains all over it, and hair all on the sheets. The shower curtain had mystery stains on it. The tv was literally smashed in and broken and the customer service didn’t care at all.

This stay almost ruined my trip to California. This”inn” was the worst ive stayed at, ever. My bed was dirty, i wish i could upload the pictures i took of the mess in the bed. Its like someone was there before us and the room was uncleaned. Not to mention the TV was literally broken with what appeared to be a punch thru the TV so we couldn’t enjoy a movie at the end of the night. It felt like they just threw us into the only room they had that was empty. They overall absolutely DO NOT care about your well being staying here and would absolutely recommend avoiding this place!!

Tv was broken with no remote. The only lamp in the room had no cord or light bulb. Burn holes in comforter. No chair at desk. The mini fridge was unplugged and smelled horrible. Microwave was just as dirty.

The room was really clean, but it took the ac a while to cool it down. The shower drain was also really slow. Everything else was good. The room doesn't look exactly like the picture. The hot tub was kind of old and we couldn't find the power for the jets.
