The room was very run down. The carpet had a huge run in it. Stains in the couch. Dressers banged up. Faded area in the carrier like they moved something. After opening the door I was disappointed to find out this room was the same as the last time i stayed there so most likely all their rooms are in this bad repair. Very disheartening

One of the dirtiest hotels I've ever stayed in. The couch in the room had huge stains on it. The sheets had stains as well. The pool area was by far the worst part. There were chicken bones all over the place and found a few used band aids as well. YUCK.

We've been here many times over the past few years. The facility is getting rough around the edges - torn carpeting, chipped paint, rusty appliances, worn furniture. Detailed cleaning is needed. Property needs a refresh. We won't be back until after that happens.

Disappointed that with a huge buffet there was no meat option one morning. No conditioner in room. No refill of coffee in room. Parking was easy and it’s close to a lot of stuff. From Canada. Would probably stay here again. Bed was comfy.

No bedding in the room for pull out couch. Had to call front desk and get them ourselves. No staff to deliver to the room.

Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to University of Michigan Northville medical facility.

Well, let’s see the ceiling was caving in by the sink. The sofa couch that’s provided within the room had nothing but stains all over it. We then switched to the next room and it had stains all over that couch and then the stain on the bedsheets.

Although I cannot say anything bad about the cleanliness, or the room, it is very unsettling for my security to be threatened. Anyone could of been waiting in my room, my belongings could of been stolen and my safety compromised. UNSATISFACTORY!!!

The older gentleman at my initial checkin was extremely rude. Rest of the stay was completely fine.

Overall the stay was amazing. I original room was not available but the hotel had upgraded my room free of charge for the inconvenience. I would book again

Sofa was full of stain marks. It looked ugly. Sofa bed sheet was dirty and covered some red makrs. Staff wasn't enough. Buffet breakfast was often short of food.

Location The day we went the pool was disgusting and freezing!! We had to use the net our selves to try to clean it a bit. There was a bandaid floating around. The pull sofa was so worn out no cushion. The cleaning crew came multiple times before 12pm checkout after being told repeatedly that it was too early. Stains all over the room. Just awful.

Bathroom is not clean and small, the hotel needs to be updated, the elevator is so dirty with the ripped out carpet
