It's the worst hotel , I traveled all over the world, this is the biggest dump. Hilton should be a shame to be associated with this property. They should close it and start cleaning and refurbished from top to the floor. Please hire a new reliable staff.

The staff were really nice and helpful. They answered my questions with knowledge and kindness.

The only thing I would complain about, is that you could not check in until after 4:00pm, or pay an extra $25. Great stay, breakfast was the best I have ever had at a hotel.

So fuqing what everything was wrong

The room A lot has changed, my family was given bright red wrist bands for breakfast and pool. No one else at the hotel were wearing these bands. These wrist bands were given one time and expected to stay on the whole duration of the stay for all, even my twins. More thought could have been given to this, because it’s hard to get children to keep on their shoes, much less a wet itchy worn wrist band. After working all night, I return, fix my breakfast and get ready to head up to my room for a shower before I eat, and a big no it was. Can’t take your breakfast to your room. Forcing you to eat your meal right then and there. You must eat in the brisk sitting area and eat with everyone else despite working a 12 hour shift. Totally robbed of comfort and privacy. This should be reconsidered, if you do room service then food can go to the room, if you order out , then food can go to the room, if you bring food , then it can go to the room, but you bet not want to take your Luke warm waffle to your room. There is now a person to scan the guest, asking some for their room number and some simply gets a “good morning “. For 600$ for two nights, it used to be better. Now it’s like visiting a 1 star hotel. The pool is extremely extremely extremely un enjoyable due to the water being so salty, the first drop of water from it is guaranteed to singe your eyeballs out. Ditch the wrist bands unless everyone is going to wear them so certain people don’t feel awkward or singled out.

Great experience I enjoyed my stay

We liked the location and the staff were nice There was no mattress on the pullout. There was water damage in the bathroom from the door that created door debris every time you moved the door. There was wet spots on the carpet all over the hotel that did not go away for our entire three day stay, also there were. I blankets or sheets for the pull out sofa that didn’t have a mattress. Had to wait 24 hours to get a blanket. All 4 of us slept on 1 bed due to no mattress and no blanket. Finally the bathroom doors in the severely rundown pool area do not work. Will not ever stay ever again.

The stay was super pleasant,very clean room, although upon checking in, I received my key to enter into an already occupied room with people in it that was the first for me.
