Awesome spot for a short term trip

Good location, nice area. Clean rooms and hotel.

I was booked to a handicapped room which I did not request. After coming in late, I found that the mechanical blinds did not work. The person at the front desk stated she knew they didn’t work. I was assigned a new room. No apology.

The staff was the worst I have ever met. The place is old and dirty. The window blinds in two of our rooms would not close.

Overall, not the worst place, but definitely not worth the money. We will go somewhere else for our next overnight stay.

Also on several occasions at arriving at the front desk, no one was there. Finally the checkout process was not smooth whatsoever.

Unfortunately, the fan in our bathroom was not working, and our bathroom light burned out during our stay. The pool was closed for maintenance, and when we called the front desk for a wake-up call, we tried multiple times and no one answered.

Bathroom faucet is weird - it’s super close to the back of the sink so washing your hands isn’t super easy. Turning the lights on in the bathroom requires another switch in the hallway to be turned on. Really stupid and frustrating when you’re trying to turn on the bathroom lights in the dark. No fan in the bathroom. Room was super clean. Beds were extremely comfy - I slept very well.

It’s hard to beat the value of this hotel. But you get what you pay for! There was no extra toilet paper, tissue or towels in the bathroom. So we had to ask for more each time. Rooms were very quiet. Breakfast is just okay but nice to have included. Free coffee and water all day in the lobby. Convenient location near the highways.
